What’s GREAT about this picture?

What’s so special about that?

Codfish, baby. King Cod… It’s APRIL! And TWO partyboats that sail from Captree State Park are sailing for…

CODFISH!

What’s so special about that? Hahahahahaha… Well, it’s not quite the OLD days, ya realize, back in the day, as they say, but if you haven’t noticed, codfish have slowly  been creeping their way back into our waters, back into our coolers and buckets, back into our LIVES on Long Island’s South Shore after decades of scarcity. THAT’s what’s special, that’s what’s right, and THAT’s what so wonderful… And NOT ONLY just in the Winter… We’re talking Spring!

Both the Laura Lee and the Captree Princess are sailing as weather permits for codfish this Spring,
